Delivery

 

Delivery to the UK mainland (Excluding Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands & Islands (Scottish Highland postcodes include: IV1-IV28, PH19-PH44, PA20-PA29, KA27-KA28)

 

Delivery is made via Royal mail or via DHL.

 

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded- This is an insured and tracked service which usually takes only 1-2 days.

 

DHL- this is insured and tracked and usually takes 1-2 days (but is usually next day).

 *We aim to deliver your order within 1-2 working days. Orders made after 2pm may not be dispatched until the following morning although we will attempt to ship same day where possible.

Delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to make an alternative arrangement for delivery. .

It is therefore very important for you to provide a valid e-mail address and contact number that we can get hold of you on. Please be sure to check your e-mails and phone messages shortly after placing the order in case we need to contact you.

 

On a rare occasion where an item is out of stock it will require 2-5 days delivery.
We will inform you via email if an item is out of stock with a revised delivery date

It is not possible to guarantee delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank holidays, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day or any other national holiday delivery. Delivery times stated do not take such holidays into account.
